Losing fat safely in my opinion is the only option! I firmly believe that there is no magic remedy or easy way to lose fat (sorry!). So how can we lose fat safely and permanently? I learned through my own experience from years of dieting and weight cycling, until I could actually lose weight when I stopped trying to lose weight dramatically and started to make small changes in my lifestyle. inspired to me to write about fat burning because of herbal supplement " ephedrine "and other slimming pills advertised. Promoted as a natural herb, ephedrine is particularly used to improve athletic performance (is among the banned substances and doping) or to burn fat. However, this herb besides not being magic to losing weight also dangerous for health!
So now reluctantly admitting that burn fat is not easy, we can start trying to lose weight the way it works long term.
Many may have already tried these ways to lose fat before with not very encouraging results, probably due to not trying too hard or too long.
